Hi, folks! I’m Thomas Rera.

I tell stories. I’m a raconteur.

I’m a wedding and elopement photographer who loves to capture the unexpected moments. I grew up in the Jura Mountains, in eastern France. A region covered by firs and lakes. With my family, we used to hike through the spruce forests. It was at that time that I took my first shots with my father's analog camera.

Later, I obtained a degree in anthropology and sociology from the University of Lyon 2. During these years, I have explored various techniques and learned a lot about different cultures and geographies around the world. Surely, one of the reasons which made me travel and leave the countryside.

I have since always been looking for special landscapes and it has motivated me to capture new subjects. Today, living between Paris and Sao Paulo for 10 years, I’m specialised in fashion, wedding and lifestyle photography. I develop my work using my mind and my heart. I’m captivated by the truth.

Analog Vision

I started photography through analog film.I always have my film cameras with me.I liked the idea of being able to take the time to take a photo unique. Natural lights are inexhaustible sources.
My focus is always to make memories. With the analog cam it's always an original master piece.
